How to feel better

I was considering working through the How to Feel Better complete workshop in the month of March.
However, I now see that The lesson of the month is related to this “happiness how to get more of it”.
I like the idea of working in real time with scholars – which I’d get from doing this month’s work as opposed to my own study/application of the workbook.
Feeling stuck (yes because of my thoughts). But do you have a simple suggestion of which to choose right now? Could I complete the How to Feel better workshop in 1 month of 30 – 60 minutes a day or would it require more time?
