How to Feel Better vs. Monthly work


I’m new to SCS. I joined in July. My reason for joining is that I’m currently working on eliminating sleep medications and dependence on them for sleep. I’m working with a doctor for this but I know this work will help with my thoughts concerning sleep, specifically taming the primitive brain/automatic thoughts. I’m curious to know what you would recommend for me…would it be better for me to focus on the “How to Feel Better” materials or to focus on the monthly work/theme in scholars. I definitely want to take massive action (not just passive) and engage with it. I have felt a bit stuck with the monthly work. I just want to do whichever will help me the most with reaching my goal.
