How to feel better when we think this is not a fair situation


Hi coach,

C: At work, a decision has been made
T: It is unfairness for me
E: offense
A: I argue with my boss, tell the world it is not fair, I sulk in the corner like I do no longer smile at work, I do not make joke, I do a poker face.
R: I am starting to isolate myself from the Team

How can I accept the situation and feel better? even if I did not want to change my thought because I really do think it is not fair for me and this is not a proper way to work.
