How to feel love


Dear coaches,
I know that whether I can love another person depends only on my ability to love. Not that person’s lovability.
I have a friend of mine, who has a friend. However, I do really struggle to love that person (friend of a friend :).
Sometimes I feel that I am able to do. But sometimes we can go out for a break (we work together) and she starts to blame and judge and gossip. I disgust such type of conversations and just leave them because I do want neither listen, nor participate.
In this moment I really struggle with feeling love and companion towards her.
Because of that I spend less time with a friend of mine and I am not able to discuss other topics.
Could you please advice how to feel love to that person and not lose possibility to communicate with a friend of mine.
