How to FEEL & process emotions when you are not used to doing this


How do I feel & process emotions when I am not used to doing this. Any advice?

What will help me in this practice to feel them and not judge them or try to fix them or try to jump to something else to avoid feeling them?

My brain seems to offer new thoughts to explore to avoid feeling the feeling. And what do you think of this intentional model…

C – I have feelings
T – Uncomfortable feelings are really just vibrations in my body to be felt and are really no big deal.
F – In control
A – Thank brain for thoughts and go back to focusing on feeling the feeling for a few minutes
R – I take a few minutes to feel & process my feelings without judgement, reaction or avoidance, freeing my mind up to move on to working on my goals.
