How to find the thought?


I am at step 1:Awareness that I am resisting because I felt quiet frozen,apathetic and anxious at same time. When I allowed it, I just cried my heart out. Then when I asked, what am I thinking or why am I crying I couldn’t find a thought causing it, I just felt deeply sad.

I am not sure what is going on here and how can I go about finding the deliberate unconscious thought ( page 15 on Feb workbook).

Alternatively how do you to the root cause of resolving resistance
