I’ve been with the same hairdresser for at least 5 years. I have a short very stylised hair cut. But for the last number of cuts I haven’t been happy. I haven’t told him I haven’t been happy (because I have a people pleasing problem) but I’ve been bringing in pictures of what I want and trying to be more instructive in terms of what I’m looking for.

I’m having so much drama around this – mostly annoyed with myself for not handling it… Which just makes me get more annoyed with my hair.

As of yet in my life I haven’t felt able to have “difficult” conversations…so I just avoid them. I would like to stop doing that and have a hair cut I like either by him or someone else. Please help as I’m so emotionally charged that I couldn’t do anything constructive atm.
