how to get back on track


Hi Brooke. I am following your stop over drinking program. I was doing well up until the beginning of this month. I had lost some weight and was feeling good and slipping back into drinking every night. I had committed in September to not drink 3 to 4 days per week and kept that commitment. I am so discouraged not. I am planning on starting all over again and watching all of the quick start videos and others to push me back on track. Any other advice?
