How to get comfortable weighing less?

So far I’ve lost 10 lbs. Yay! I have 40 total that I want to lose. But for the last week now I keep going up and down 1-2 lbs. Brooke talks about “becoming the person that weighs that goal weight.” Are there tips for how to do that in advance? Do I just look for thoughts like,  ? Or are there pro-active things I can do like picture myself with my next 10lbs lost and see what emotions and thoughts that brings up? Other ideas? TIA!
