Hi I have set the goal to lose 7 pounds in 30 days. I am recording what i eat and have so far, planned what i am eating before hand and when. I think I am a little stuck on the protocal. I have set it to eliminate sugar and flour in my diet. Today I forgot and ate a sweet nut bar. I am not upset or anything I just saw how I was not aware of my protocal. What can help me in those moments to remember no sugar? I read my plan this morning LOL and still ate the bar and realized after that it had some sugar in it. Also do i want to worry about calories? I am eating, I believe, proportions that seem reasonable. Just not sure if I am eating too much or not enough. I had 1/3 c of rolled oats with 1/2 c milk, stevia, tablespoon of raisens, tbl spoon of shredded coconut, cacoa nibs, and some hemp seed. Then i ate 2 hours later a peach with serving of almonds, and then the sweet nut bar (which was not planned). I am getting ready for lunch which is a big salad with some apple, feta, carrots, tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of lemon, salt and pepper. tonight will be spaghetti squash with maranara sauce (low carb brand) and salad. Does this sound like i would get the results i want if i only eat like this?
