Hi! I am watching the “How To Get It Done” Homework video. It all makes total sense. I think putting a time frame on the task and sticking with it is a good idea. My question is… When I am doing something for the first time, I am not sure how long it is going to take me. I realize this is not a useful thought, but I have recently done a lot of new things. For example, I did a presentation about what it is like to work with a Health and Wellness Coach. I hadn’t presented in front of a group for years, had never prepared Powerpoint slides, etc. I did a lot of self coaching to get my brain right to do the work. However, when I was trying to schedule it, I struggled on a time frame to put down. I got it done, but everything took longer than I expected and I was rushed at the end. I would appreciate any coaching on this. Thank you in advance.
