How To Get It Done

I just got my materials for September and was excited to see the focus this month. I feel like I have so many very large goals that I want to accomplish, however I seem to take small steps and then never end up fully following through on things. I have been doing the work a little bit each day (for the most part), but there are some days — like the weekends– that I don’t get to it. I feel like I want to full commit to myself to fully working SCS into my daily routine no matter what and reflecting each day. I feel like if I can’t commit to the improvement of myself for 30 days, I’ll never be able to accomplish the larger goals I have for my life. Do you think this 30 day goal would be a good one to go with? Or should I do something more concrete (like losing weight)? Thanks!
