How to go From Here (Urging Urges)

after having lost 35 pounds 2 years ago, I allowed them to come back, slowly but steadily.

Everyday there is another “valid reason” (as it seems in the moment of urge).

Maybe it’s helpful to go through one model at a time? What do you think?
C: client tells me a story
T: This knowledge can be dangerous for me and my family
F: Fear
A: Give in to urges
R: I’m in danger (as I’m becoming unhealthy)

And now? How do I continue? Tomorrow it will be another C and T, maybe even another F – but the A will be the same. Any tips on how to go from here? Thank you?
