Hello, I am trying to stick to a low-carb protocol that generally feels good to me but occasionally I feel nausea, sometimes from the transition to low carb, sometimes for other reasons, usually too much sun. I find nausea REALLY intolerable, and carbs help… so I am trying to find a compromise solution. The problem is that, for example, last night I sucked on a lollipop and that helped but that opened the floodgates for other carbs. I would like to have a protocol for nausea that doesn’t do this. help please?
