Dear Brooke,

your work is extraordinary and has changed so many lives (including mine). As I am on this powerful and empowering journey, I wanted to ask if you would have any suggestions how I could talk to my kids about the models in a way that they could understand that it is in their power to choose how they feel. They are 4 and 6 and I don’t think they are too young to understand the concept I just haven’t figured out what would be the best way of explaining it to them.
