How to identify our thoughts

I just joined last night and am devouring the material! I am also a life coach and lover of personal growth and healing. Thank you for these incredible teachings and tools.

My question: I’m really good at identifying feelings. With thoughts I sometimes get stuck though. What can I do when I feel stuck and unclear about the thought? Sometimes I feel so entrenched in it that I can’t see/understand clearly.
