How To Neutralize This Model?


After listening to Passing Through Neutral podcast, I tried to apply it to my habitual morning urge to overeat, which causes me an unpleasant sensation if goes unrewarded.
So my unintentional and unpleasant model is: I have an urge to overeat flour and sugar at 7am.
Brooke suggests “to neutralize the negative model” (her words) by neutralizing the facts as well as be in the situation without words.

So if I understood correctly, it means dropping into my body and getting out of my mind and thoughts.
And the bodily sensations are: heart quickening, fast breathing, growling stomach, shaky hands, heavy head.

Still, I wonder if you can elaborate how to neutralize the facts of my urge model and what does it look like without language?
