Example: I am doing the right thing, but my partner is not happy ( I can assure this is a circumstances, not my thought).
I understand that it is his model and his thought causing him to be not happy.
I tried to remind myself that I can’t control others behavior by intentionally change my thought but it still is very hard to not have his behavior affect me.
Any tips or though pattern that I can use to not be affected by others behavior?
