how to permanently change thought patterns


I just finished the “thoughts you think of yourself” workbook and really enjoyed it (even though it was heartbreaking to observe what I was thinking about myself). I rewrote the story that I want to tell about myself, but just don’t know how to go from here. My thought patterns everyday, it feels thousands of times a day, tell me that I am not enough and that something is wrong with me. How do I permanently exchange those thoughts for better ones?
