How to Practice Thinking


Hi! I listened to podcast episode #94 (“How to Practice Thinking”) and I really liked it. What course is there that is about this topic (i.e. practicing new thoughts)? Is this the course “Believing New Things”? I want to give up my preference for sweetened drinks and food and found this podcast episode (in addition to the “Urge Jar” program) very helpful for this.
