How to "practice" thoughts?


Brooke, I hear you and the other master coaches saying that we should “practice” the new thought. I have some new thoughts that I would like to start believing such as “Through intermittent fasting, NSNF and no snacking, I’m training my body to use my fat stores for energy”, “I’m enough as I am”, and others.

Can you tell me a few specific ways to “practice” these new thoughts?

Also, is the idea to repeat these thoughts to myself until I believe them? Or should I be believing them already (in which case, there is “practice” needed).

I’m a little confused. Please advise.
