How to prepare for weekly coaching sessions


Hi! I just had my first one-on-one coaching session! I really didn’t have a specific problem going into the meeting, so it took a few minutes for my coach and me to get traction with a subject. Naturally, I want to maximize my weekly sessions. What is the best way to prepare/organize so that I get the most from each session? Do the sessions need to build on one another, or is it whatever is on my mind? Are there different ways people have found to get the most ‘bang’ from their coaching meetings? I joined Scholars to maximize my potential as I start to intentionally create my best career and personal life. But I don’t have a big current ‘issue’ as such. I am interested in joining the Life Coaching School as a coaching student in the near future as well. Thank you for your input!
