I have been in SCS since June. So many curve balls have been thrown my way that I have derailed and don’t know where or how to pick up again.
I have lost 25lbs since October with IF (eating window is from 2pm-7pm) and no sugar or flour. However, my thought life is a mess. I am SO stressed all of the time and pulled in so many directions. I started typing out about all of the flaming chainsaws that I am juggling, but I deleted It. I known I can somehow do it, I just don’t know where to start.
Any thoughts or direction would be so appreciated! Thank you!
