how to shift out of confusing and overwhelming to constraining and focusing? JB


I realize I’m confusing and overwhelming (verbs). I’m not sure where to start or what the whole process is to go from one place to the other. I want to (finally) have a morning routine, some spaces in my house need organizing, I’m working on a website, I’m working with Purpose this month, I have a to-do list. I’m not a hot mess — aspects of my life are well handled and I’m enjoying them, but I’m experiencing more confusing and overwhelming than I want. Are there particular podcasts I could start with? Is the How to Feel Better course a good one to focus on to begin and continue constraining and focusing? Thanks! I’m so appreciating and impressed with SCS — and not confusing and overwhelming in this realm.
