How to stop being so negative?

I constantly think negative thoughts about myself and my circumstances, and I spend a lot of time complaining. I have been working on models to clean up my mind and my thinking, but I feel as though being negative and being a victim of circumstances are (unconscioulsy) who I am.

I realize that being negative is really ingrained, so I am not really sure who I will be if I’m different? I want to focus on this right now. Which of the courses should I do to help me unpack and rewrite my brain and my identity?
