How to "uncover the big actions you have taken in your life?"

When I open up the workbook for the “organizing-course” it says “We will uncover the big actions you have taken in your life, and you will know what fueled those actions. Then we will take it to a micro level and look at your daily life. What are the actions you take in a given day? What are the attitudes and emotions fueling those actions?” …but how will we do that? I’ve watched Brooke’s video titled “homework” but I feel like I’m missing the step-by-step guide or something. What would be the steps? Should I do a thought download on big actions I’ve done in the past, and then what I’ve done today?
