I am trying to use the Drink Plan Worksheet with the buffering behavior of procrastinating. I don’t understand how to do it or if it is just not applicable. For example: What will I drink (procrastinate)? How many will I drink (procrastinate)? How do I answer these questions when I substitute procrastinating for drinking? Am I supposed to plan to procrastinate on purpose? I would appreciate any clarification you can offer. If there is a way to use this worksheet for procrastinating – I would appreciate some guidance.
