How to use the Model for fatigue or for emotions


If I feel fatigued, should I put fatigue in the Circumstance line or in the Feeling Line?

I figure it’s like having a pain somewhere in the body. Also, sometimes I react to an emotion, telling myself I shouldn’t feel that way. In that case, should I put the emotion in the C line?

Examples:
C-Fatigue exists
T-I shouldn’t be this way
F-despondent
A-ruminate
R-increase suffering for myself

C-Feel depressed
T-I shouldn’t feel this way
F-anxious
A-indecision, rumination
R-increased suffering

OR should it be:

C-I’m a human
T-Something is wrong
F-depressed
A-inaction
R-suffering
