I used to eat 4-5 times a day. No I eat 3 times a day, at 10am, 2pm and 7pm. Every time, an hour before I eat, I start feeling hunger. I would love to continue eating only 3 times day. Is it normal to feel hungry every time? Do I have to have this for the rest of my life?

The feeling is still uncomfortable because I have a lack of belief around it. All these judgements about how it is not good. I think  “I should eat now,” “it’s not good to be starving,” etc.

What is starvation? What is hunger? What am I then feeling? I see I have these mixed.
