I’m confused about how you deal with hunger in your fasting period. I mean can you distract yourself or drink water to make it go away or are we meant to sit with it like an urge? I mean because it’s a physical sensation and not an emotional reaction the two are different so wasn’t sure if we are allowed to try and make it go away. I’m ok with feeling hungry but if it will go away with a drink or black coffee then why not?
