Hunger and weakness

So I started 5 weeks ago with 60 pounds to lose. My protocol is no sugar no flour, 2 weeks in I took out all sugar and sugar substitutes unless I planned it and made an exception (I have made 4 exceptions in 5 weeks) I eat lots of vegetables, eggs, a little meat as protein, cheese, avocado, red potatoes or sweet potatoes (2-3 times I know they have natural sugar), and some rice, mostly water an exception would be a crystal light. I have felt pretty good after the first few days, after I got through that initial withdrawal I started walking a minimum of 2 miles 5 days a week not for weightloss (one of the things Brooke points out), but just to get out. In the past week I have been noticing hunger early in the day 7:00 – 8:00 a.m. and after the first few days going until 2:00 p.m. was pretty easy. There was even a week where I didn’t eat until 3:30. I know that Brooke talks about once your fat adapted that if you feel hungry your body goes after fat and the feeling goes away. I have found that it doesn’t just go away it is there and my stomach growls and its uncomfortable for a few hours sometimes. I also know that losing weight is hard and its okay to be uncomfortable it just seems odd that it has changed, any reason why that could be? Also at the same time when I do my walks I feel a lot of weakness in my legs when I am walking. It hasn’t been that way until the last week. I am down 12 pounds and sticking to my protocol could there be something I am missing?
