Hunger at bedtime

Do you have any ideas about how to deal with hunger at bedtime that’s keeping me from being able to fall asleep and sleep well during the night? I’m almost three weeks into no sugar no flour and two weeks into fasting from breakfast. I usually eat lunch at noon and dinner at 5 or 6. I’m eating plenty of vegetables, several tablespoons of healthy fats, and about 4 oz of protein at each meal. There’s no reason I should be this hungry at bedtime at 9pm, but I feel completely empty and it feels like real hunger because I want something like an egg, chicken, cheese, an apple, etc. This just started a few days ago, and the next morning when I wake up, I’m not hungry at all until lunch time. It makes no sense, but I keep choosing to turn to a sleeping pill which is something I’d rather avoid. Any suggestions?
