I have been on a low carb diet, and I am transitioning to your plan of fasting and 3 meals. I am eating: 1oz of dry oatmeal for breakfast and 6oz berries, 1/2 cup whole milk, egg-white protein power. But, I am hungry after 2 hours. Is it because of too many carbs?
what is the best breakfast to eat? or do I just need to ignore my hunger pains?
