I am new to stop overeating. Yesterday I made my protocol, and set my meals for the day. After I finished eating dinner, I was hungry. Like, right after. I honestly don’t think I planned to eat enough at dinner. So, afterward, I ate some chicken breast and a boiled egg. I’m not beating myself up about this, but am I supposed to stick to the meal plan even if I’m hungry immediately after a meal?

A thought I was having was “I just didn’t eat enough food, I’ll plan better tomorrow”.
