Just for a giggle thought i would send you this. My husband told me he is so happy that i am doing this work for myself and is 100% supporting me in my weight loss and personal growth journey, which is great. However he did mention that he loves me listening to all the videos, podcasts etc as he gets to hear “some other sheila’s voice instead of mine ALL THE TIME!” LOL …and he is right I have you on all the time and listen to stuff over and over again while also doing what you suggest!! (Note: just incase you were not aware Shiela in AU is another way of saying women…hahaha) Yep, Hubby is definitley your good ol’ Aussie Bloke! Love him to bits! 🙂
