It’s not unusual for my husband to play victim in many situations, especially in relationship to his work. I’ve noticed my frustration and how I react to my thoughts about that, and I’d love your input.

F: Frustrated; tired of the old reaction
A: Distance myself to get away from the unappealing situation (spend time in a different room; go run errands, etc.)
