Is this a clean self coaching model?
C: Husband working third shift, 18 shifts per month as work schedule.
I work first shift 3 days per week/12 shifts per month.
Husband now cooking or planning supper 7 days per week to include the days I am home.
He said, ” It’s not a problem .”
T: I’m not pulling my weight.
A: Delegating more chores to our teens.
Doing less housework in general, not paying my business bills – husband now doing this. Buffering with coaching, self criticizing and judging, negative self talk
R: I don’t pull my weight the way I usually would.
R: I create evidence to show I am not pulling my weight?
