I’m trying to model with positive & negative thoughts to really get an idea of what I’m creating. I’m also working on the skill of creating very clear results. Could you please help me with the results on this?

I am curious. So much of my thought work is based off of thoughts I have from conversations with my husband. Like I’ve saved all issues I have & directed them towards him. Are there can questions I can ask myself to understand this more?
