Hustling vs Massive action?

Hi,
My question is twofold. Is hustling to meet our goals always bad? And how can I know the difference between hustling and taking massive action?

For example, my 2020 goal was to finish a previously set goal of traveling to 36 different states. This traveling is doable because I am willing to work extra hours to pay for it. I don’t feel burdened when I’m not working, and I feel excited about finishing the goal. But when I’m at the end of a work-week, I find myself wondering if my working extra is taking massive action for a greater good or excessicely hustling to simply check off a goal.
Thanks for any insight or questions you have for me to ask myself.😊
