Hi Brooke and SCS coaches,

Prior to SCS I’ve abdicated my life choices to people I love. I’m just starting to appreciate the magnitude of that way of being in the world. It’s exciting and a huge opportunity for growth to be doing this work.

For this month my sentence is: I know who I am and what choices are right for me.

This is very general, but I find it easy to remember and repeat. And I’m stunned at all the times and ways I avoid making decisions – in every aspect of my life from the small to the large. It manifests in inaction- on small and large matters.

So I’m just checking in to make sure that general sentence is ok…

Lol: I can make my own decision… it’s a good sentence for this month! 😊
