I’ve decided that starting tomorrow, on my birthday (woohoo!), I am going to commit to waking up at 6am Monday-Saturday for the whole year. I’ve been trying to practice, but my brain chatter is out of control.
My brain just loves the comfort of staying in bed until I absolutely HAVE to get up! Any suggestions for some thoughts that I can try on when I’m waking up because I’m having a hard time creating believable ones. Thank you! xx
