I have been practicing a new thought for a while now, and that is that ‘I am lovable’! I think I believe it more then before but I am not sure if I believe it 100%. Should I just keep repeating it to myself or other steps are necessary as well? I would like to go to a whole new thought that I am ready to change but I was told to take it 1 at a time. Should I wait more or just go for a new thought? Thank you very much.
