I am so worried about everything.

I have so many worries this morning. About family members’ physical and emotional well-being, my husband’s business, buying Christmas presents, being behind on my consulting project, not having enough paid work lined up, being behind on my blog, the boundary that I set with my teenaged son. The purse is heavy.

T I can choose to focus only on what is under my control {is this a helpful ladder thought?}

A prioritize what is important, determine what is under my control, create action plans, put them on the calendar, execute plans
