I am sooooo tired!!

Ive been following my protocol, 4oz meat, salad olive oil two meals a day with IF eating window between 1 and 7pm for 2 weeks now. And Im doing SCS stop over eating workshop. Weight loss is great, down 11 pounds. Im 5’2″, starting weight around 150 goal weight 110. I am finding that I am so tired every day now. I have to have a nap mid day. Is this normal and when will I feel all this energy I hear you speaking about, and I could use some of that clarity of mind too.
