I am having trouble with a model
T – Chocolate will give me relief
F – ??????
A – Buy and eat chocolate, don’t do urge or thought work, watch TV and zone out while eating the chocolate, don’t plan or prepare for the next day.
R – gain weight, not organised for the next day, short term relief from anxiety
How can I get away from the belief that chocolate will give me a positive feeling. I used to think this about alcohol and after giving up for almost a year now know that my old belief about alcohol was lie. I want to really believe this about chocolate too. But don’t…….
