I buffer with people 8-28


I’ve realized after doing SCS for about a month that I avoid being by myself a lot and buffer with people as a distraction from myself. I never realized this pattern until I stopped to think what I use to avoid and it hit me. Now i realize that I don’t like being with myself – what I need to figure out is 1) a gentle way to provide more opportunity to be by myself, feel the feelings that come up and learn to be happy with me 2) ways to look forward to have alone time and create new habits of avoiding being my myself, any suggestions??
