I can’t stand them

UM1:
C – My home address. Blanche and Kasey say words, laugh, and meet outside. Dennis’ TV is on.
T – I feel upset with myself that I have to subject myself to these monsters.
F – Aggravation
A – Yell at them in my home. Keep my windows open and make noise to annoy them. Bang frustratingly on the ceiling. Turn my music up loud. Tell myself how much I don’t care for them. Make a face every time I see them. Keep my heart closed to them. Don’t see their humanity. Judge them HARD.
R – I disrupt my serenity and subject myself to the tyranny of my thoughts about them.

UM2:
C– My home address. Blanche and Kasey say words, laugh, and meet outside. Dennis’ TV is on.
T- I live with a bunch of f low class idiots and imbeciles, f losers.
F- Contempt
A- I don’t stop to talk to neighbors. I don’t know much about any of them. I have manuals for how they should act: keep their doors and windows closed, don’t be screaming and laughing loudly outside. I ruminate on how much I hate them. I don’t act like a good neighbor. I don’t care about their well-being.
R-I don’t like living here. I become like those I judge and dislike.

IM:
C- My home address. Blanche and Kasey say words, laugh, and meet outside. Dennis’ TV is on.
T- I want to live high above the society.
F- Delighted
A- Relish in how good the delighted sensations feel. Envision myself living where I want to live. I look for new homes leisurely and with good cheer. I talk about the qualities of my new home.
R- I create opportunity for me to love my home.

IM:
C-My home address. Blanche and Kasey say words, laugh, and meet outside. Dennis’ TV is on.
T- I am willing to love and appreciate my home.
F- Open
A- Meditate on one thing I love about my home everyday. Read my “what I like about my home list”. Practice equanimity with current unintentional models, “These are just sentences in my head. These are familiar thoughts, makes sense. And you can go away now.” Clean regularly. Pray over my home. Declutter bookcase.
R-I learn to appreciate and really love my home. I manage my mind powerfully.
