I can’t tolerate boredom

C: goal to complete 7 billable hours today
T: I can’t tolerate boredom
F: urgency
A: buffer (don’t complete hours when there are internal or external distractions or use willpower to keep working)
R: life is intolerable because I don’t tolerate boredom

IM:
C: goal to complete 7 billable hours today
T: I want to be bored today
F: committed
A: allow boredom; relax into it; notice that my brain is offering me thoughts that feel urgent
R: show myself that I can tolerate boredom (also: earn money; be less stressed overall)
