Hi Brooke, I am new to scholars this month and I’m loving it all. I love the model and most of the time I can work it out. However, my constant thought that causes me to overeat and drink (this is why i joined scholars) is “I deserve a treat” I can not come up with the thought i should be having in my intentional model. Let me show u what I got so far so u can clean this up for me. Unintentional: C-treats T-“I deserve a treat” F – entitled A- I eat the treat R – I dont lose any weight, desire for “treats” continues. Intentional: C – treats T- unsure F – in control, no desire for treats A – I dont eat or drink a treat R – I lose weight, I have no desire for food and alcholic “treats”. Thank you
