I deserve it!

I caught myself thinking the thought “I deserve my (on plan) glass of wine tomorrow for being so good about sticking to my drink plan”. I caught it quickly and it made me laugh at the irony – I don’t think there was an urge with it.
Do I just chalk it up as a thought? I don’t really want to feel ‘deserving’ of a drink but I couldn’t figure out how to model it. What would be the feeling after a deserving thought? Desire? Lack? Justified? Would it look something like this?
C- Drink Plan
T – I deserve it
F – Desire?
A – Drink on plan but feel deserving. Use as a reward.
R – Keep desiring drink as a reward and feel I deserve it.

Many thank, Julie.
